Working with Sybase and ISUG, Bradmark Technologies will showcase its premier monitoring and event management solution at cities across the U.S. this fall.

Sybase and HCL Technologies Ltd., a global IT services provider, have formed a strategic alliance to provide customers with real time operational business intelligence. Under this new partnership, HCL will provide business-aligned IT value services around Sybase's high performance and proven data warehouse and analytics platform for improved efficiencies and decision-making across all facets of an enterprise.

Sybase and Siemens Enterprise Communications (SEN) Group, a leader in unified communications solutions for the enterprise, yesterday announced a partnership that will provide customers with a fully integrated mobile and fixed line voice and data solution that supports and includes the management of a range of device types through a completely heterogeneous environment.

At the Sybase Techwave Symposium in Washington, D.C., last month, Sybase announced the availability of its data management and analytics servers, including Sybase SQL Anywhere, Sybase IQ, and Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise, for the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) environment. With these products, customers will have the ability to quickly develop and deploy on-demand data systems for mobile, analytics and transactional applications.

Also at Techwave last month, Sybase announced the newest release of Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) Cluster Edition, its enterprise data management solution that reduces the complexity of deploying a database application across a shared disk server cluster environment.

Sybase and Verizon are teaming up to enable multinational companies to manage the deployment and ongoing support of their growing mobile workforce. Verizon's new offering, Managed Mobility Solutions, utilizes Sybase's mobility services expertise and enterprise device management platform to help global businesses manage the complexities surrounding the increasing number of mobile information workers.
