The IOUG Support Council meets throughout the year to represent the IOUG members by engaging with the Oracle Global Customer Support team, and collaborating together to improve the overall customer experience.

In the coming months Oracle plans to transition users of the current Flash-based site to the new HTML-based My Oracle Support.
