Users will gain an understanding of the new interface in OWB 11gR2 and will be exposed to Heterogeneous Connectivity for access to non-Oracle databases and will learn about the new Code Template functionality which are the knowledge modules from ODI brought over to OWB. Users will also learn about new JDBC connectivity via the Control Center Agent which is used by the code templates to access non-Oracle databases.
Overall goal of the webinar:
. Provide a brief overview of OWB and Oracle's direction with OWB and ODI.
. Design Center will be demonstrated to show the new interface and some of the new features added to this most recent release.
. Provide hands on demonstration of setting up a code template mapping and showing the new features surrounding code templates.
