This course acquaints students with the concepts and skills needed to become a proficient Oracle Database Administrator. Students who have experience or skills working with other database platforms should be able to leverage that knowledge as they learn Oracle database configurations and Oracle database administration.
By the end of the course students will:
- Understand the fundamentals behind the installation and set up of Oracle databases
- Be fluent in the basic concepts and skills that guide day-to-day Oracle database administration
