CA Technologies has signed a deal to acquire Rally Software, a global provider of Agile development software and services, for $480 million.
Based in Boulder, CO, Rally software has approximately 500 employees across four continents and FY 2015 sales of $87.5 million. It has customers in more than 135 countries and nearly every industry, including over 35 of the Fortune 100.
The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of CA’s fiscal 2016.
