Call for Presentations Now Open for Two OAUG Connection Point Conferences for November

The Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG) is planning two OAUG Connection Point events – one focused on Enterprise Performance Management/Business Intelligence and the other on Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1+/Fusion Coexistence.

“These highly specialized conferences relay best practices, customer success stories and instructional sessions designed to empower managers, executives and users with a deeper knowledge of their Oracle investment. Our goal is to give them that knowledge and help them make connections with peers and Oracle representatives that allow them to analyze, recommend, plan and manage future Oracle initiatives,” says Mark Clark, president of the OAUG.

The OAUG Connection Point - Enterprise Performance Management/Business Intelligence conference, will be hosted by the OAUG in partnership with the Florida OAUG (FLOAUG), the OAUG Hyperion SIG and the Oracle Business Intelligence SIG (OBI SIG), while the OAUG Connection Point - Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1+/Fusion Coexistence conference, will be hosted in partnership with the San Diego OAUG (SDOAUG) and the OAUG Upgrade SIG. The call for presentations for both events is now open through Aug 9.

These two-day regional events offer cost-effective educational and networking opportunities for attendees by focusing on application roadmaps and practical solutions. The OAUG Connection Point – Enterprise Performance Management/Business Intelligence, to be held Nov. 5-6 in Orlando, Fla., is intended to benefit users on accounting, finance and internal audit teams to help them better leverage current and prospective investments across all the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications and tools through more than 35 educational sessions. The OAUG Connection Point – Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1+/Fusion Coexistence, to be held Nov. 15-16 in San Diego, Calif., will cover topics for Release 12.1+, Oracle Fusion Applications coexistence strategy and Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 future directions.
