OpenText Enters Reseller Agreement with SAP for a Platform that Manages HR and Employee Documents

OpenText, a provider in Enterprise Information Management, is entering its global reseller agreement with SAP for SAP to resell the OpenText Extended ECM as SAP SuccessFactors Extended Enterprise Content Management solution.

Designed exclusively for SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite, the new cloud-based solution helps organizations manage human resources (HR) and employee documents from generation to disposition in a secure and compliant manner.

Available immediately, the solution helps businesses to improve organizational performance and increase HR efficiency and productivity by centralizing the way they digitalize, create, store, manage, and access employee documents.

Additional capabilities include pre-defined HR folder structures and taxonomy help simplify the processing, managing and securing of large volumes of employee, retiree, contractor and job applicant documents from one location; Version control, audit trails, metadata, document search and employee workspaces help organize, control and locate documents; document-level rules for access, retention, deletion and legal compliance support regulatory compliance, and help minimize the risks associated with audit and litigation; completeness check alerts to notify HR managers of missing or out-of-date documents, a  robust document-generation platform supports HR document creation requirements; and a solution integration provides centralized management of employee documents in a hybrid environment.
