Rocket Software will present a webcast on Thursday, May 29, on R/Link, a comprehensive, secure file sharing, managed file transfer, and universal information access solution that resides on a customer’s network or private cloud. The webcast can be viewed at two times – 9 am MT and 4 pm MT.
R/Link’s browser-based interface enables users to access critical information anywhere, anytime, with granular user permissions and comprehensive logging to ensure compliance.
During the webcast, R/Link sales representative Grayson Flaim and director of development Steve Bireley will show how R/Link works with Rocket’s MultiValue databases.
The webcast will cover: how R/Link’s RESTful API allows users to integrate secure file sharing and file-oriented tasks into existing MultiValue application, running on Rocket UniVerse, Rocket UniData, Rocket D3 or Rocket mvBase; how files are secured in flight and at rest using existing network security standards and LDAP or Active Directory permissions to ensure total security and activity transparency; and how R/Link can be accessed from any device with a browser or by leveraging the mobile client to make a customer’s application and information accessible from anywhere at any time.
