Unisys CEO Ed Coleman Plans to Address UNITE Conference

Unisys CEO Ed Coleman is planning to attend the upcoming UNITE 2011 Technology Conference and Exhibition. Coleman is scheduled to give a short address at the opening general session prior to the keynote, which will be presented by Ann Thureen, Unisys vice president of engineering and supply chain technology and infrastructure services, and Wayne Carpenter, Unisys vice president of sales, application modernization, and North American technology on Monday, May 23. And, after that session, Coleman will be available in the foyers and on the exhibit floor for attendees to meet with and have informal ad hoc discussions.

This year's conference will take place May 22-25 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove, California.

In addition, the UNITE User Advocacy Committee will hold a discussion about validating the Metering Information on Libra and Dorado platforms. Initial questions will involve how to tell which activities on the system are using how much of the metering units, and how Unisys verifies the impact on metered usage when testing their new releases. Other questions from UNITE members will be welcome, as well.  Details on the schedule of the discussion will be made available early in the conference. Any Libra and Dorado customers who have questions about metered usage of their systems are encouraged to attend.

The agenda for the conference is available on the UNITE website and attendees can fill out a personal schedule in advance by selecting the meetings and sessions they are interested in. Sessions will be offered for MCP, OS 2200, BIS, and EAE.
