Logi Analytics has formed a new partnership with MongoDB and created the Logi Analytics native connector. Logi Analytics' new connector to MongoDB gives developers the ability to specify custom filter expressions, perform aggregations using MongoDB's pipeline operations, and employ MapReduce functions to query the data for interactive analytics, reporting and dashboards.

EnterpriseDBs has announced new product releases that improve database performance. The new products include Postgres Advanced Server 9.3, Enterprise Manager 4.0, and EnterpriseDB Failover Manager. Postgres Advanced Server 9.3 improves performance for applications with large datasets and EDB Failover Manager meets important high availability demands. Combining EnterpriseDB's new software with its Oracle compatibility allows Postgres Plus Advanced Server to support both mission-critical applications.
