By reducing the need for complex coding and querying, ask.ai can dramatically increase productivity, speed, and efficiency for technical users and expands analytic use to non-technical roles, who can now also use Teradata's powerful, cloud-native platform to sift through mountains of data and draw insights, according to the company.

Scala Data Centers, a Latin American firm, is developing a new campus outside Mexico City, Mexico. The DigitalBridge-owned company announced plans to develop SMEXTP01, the company's first data center in the country. Scala's new site is projected to begin operations in Q4 2023 and is already anchored by a "large hyperscale client." The company said it will be investing $80 million in the project.

The vCPU option complements the high-performance dedicated instances previously offered exclusively, and now offered as the Dedicated Core option.
