Oracle has expanded its cloud offerings in the UK with the introduction of new PaaS and IaaS technologies to be hosted in its Slough data center. Total revenue for the year 2015 was $81.7 billion, down 12% from the previous year, and down almost 24% from a peak of $106.9 billion in 2011.
